Use the Practice Management System (PMS) to efficiently manage the daily tasks of your healthcare institution.
The Management System is custom-made for your healthcare institution. Manage, monitor, and optimise your administrative and financial activities. Generic workflows are automated as part of our Artificial Intelligence.
We develop client-server architecture for server operation on location or in the cloud. Part of our PMS is programming relational database management system to securely process large amounts of medical and administrative data.
With our customized solution for PMS, we offer functions for registering patients, recording patient demographics and medical information. Also, the processing of insurances and the automation of administrative actions are part of our custom solution.
You can always enter new custom applications if you wish. This can be done by means of a new module such as patient data management, insurance and invoice information management, stock management (medicines, supplies and equipment).
The PMS can be viewed remotely through our app on smart devices and on portals that provide a function/role based access to physicians, patients and other stakeholders. These can access this data, but also modify, supplement or edit data (if necessary).
The PMS takes care of the digitization of documentation processes. This also means that you can digitally place your signature under documents and give your approval. This is all based on function- or role-based rights.
Our platform complies with all HIE standards for digital information exchange, such as HIPAA, HL7 and Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM). The platform can communicate with any system available, both inbound and outbound.
